Reforming organizations:
I examine processes both from a business perspective, to improve their efficiency and productivity and with the goal of achieving cost savings. From a legal perspective, I assess processes to determine whether they comply with the letter of the law and propose corrective measures where necessary.
Accountability gaps are more common in legal institutions and judicial processes than I would like to realize. For organizational reforms, I bring 20 years of experience in legal matters under International, European, and Finnish law, complemented by extensive experience in organizational management and developing more sustainable processes. My academic expertise is in law, organizational management and economic law, and additionally in linguistics through text analysis and interpretations.
One of my strengths is conducting investigations, and this work culminated in 12 published articles on women and equality, highlighting accountability gaps in the implementation and enforcement of laws — issues that extend well beyond gender. My interdisciplinary perspective enables me to strengthen organizations both from a legal standpoint and by developing processes that are effective, accountable, and economically sustainable.

Pricing is 200 euros for companies/NGOs per hour, as well as a two-hour advance payment. Both prices are without VAT this year, 2026.

Note: Directive 98/5/EC has been implemented in Finland in a manner that excludes so-called ordinary jurists from the courtroom. As a result, I cannot represent clients in court, but Swedish attorneys are allowed to appear in Finnish courts :(
